**Most insurance companies offer coverage. If you do not have insurance coverage, the cost is $25/week **

Established in January 2018, this group is an opportunity to learn and connect with others facing similar challenges.  Through the process facilitator, Sarah Dinan, MS, NCC, LPC is dedicated to providing a supportive and confidential environment for teenagers aged 14 to 18.

The goal of the group is to offer a platform where adolescents can share their experiences, learn from one another, and find encouragement as they navigate the ups and downs of adolescence.

Each week, a specific topic is covered. These include stress management, coping with anxiety/depression, and navigating social conflicts. Each session will have an activity and a discussion that follows.

The first session is free, just an opportunity to see if the group fits you. If you are interested, please click here to complete the NEW GROUP MEMBER INQUIRY.

If so, then you or your child may find great benefit by joining group -- a safe and understanding space where adolescents can connect with others who are on a similar journey.

Are you or your adolescent facing the challenges of growing up, dealing with peer pressure, school stress, changing relationships, and a whirlwind of emotions?

What participants can expect:

1. Open Discussions-Engage in open and respectful discussions about various topics such as self-esteem, mental health, academic pressures, friendships, family dynamics, and more.

2. Peer Connection-Connect with fellow teenagers who understand what you're going through. Share stories, challenges, and triumphs, knowing that you're not alone on this journey.

3. Guidance and Resources--As the facilitator, my goal is to provide information and resources on coping strategies, stress management techniques, effective communication, and building healthy relationships.

4. Safe Space- This is a judgment-free zone where you can express yourself without fear of criticism. Confidentiality is respected, creating an atmosphere of trust and mutual support.
