Founder & Licensed Professional Counselor
Practice Founder
Sarah has worked in mental health since 2007 across behavioral health, inpatient rehabilitation, academic settings, and private practice. She offers a compassionate and practical space where clients can better understand what they are experiencing and build meaningful, lasting change.
Her work focuses on trauma and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, social anxiety, stress management, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. Sarah uses evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
Sarah works with adults and adolescents and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Level II.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and reaching out for support is often the hardest step. Macy creates a space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and never judged. She believes healing begins with connection and builds genuine relationships with the individuals and families she serves.
Her background includes supporting children, adolescents, and families through medical, emotional, and life challenges, as well as five years helping survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse navigate trauma, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with their strengths.
Macy works with anxiety, trauma, life transitions, parenting concerns, stress, grief, and feeling stuck. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, practical, and trauma-informed.
