Immigration psychological evaluations
Immigration psychological evaluations are available for clients and legal teams seeking clinically informed documentation for immigration proceedings. Evaluations are conducted by Sarah Dinan, MS, NCC, LPC, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 18 years of mental health experience and specialized training in immigration psychological evaluations.
In-person evaluations are available in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. Secure telehealth evaluations are available throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey when clinically and legally appropriate, subject to applicable licensure requirements.
Evaluations are available in English. Professional interpreters may be utilized when needed. Family members are not used as interpreters to support accuracy and confidentiality.
Attorneys, advocates, and clients may contact the practice directly. A brief consultation helps determine the appropriate evaluation type, timeline, and documentation needed.
After intake paperwork, review of relevant immigration documentation, and the clinical evaluation, a comprehensive written report is prepared for legal counsel and/or immigration proceedings.
